Microsoft Project 2003  - Project Level I

This course is designed to give a basic knowledge of how to use Microsoft Project as a tool for man-aging projects. Create a working schedule of tasks, resources, and costs that can be tailored to your company’s work.

Learn how to setup and format aproject; create a schedule that fits the project needs; assign resources to the scheduled tasks; create a budget based on the resources required; track the project’s progress; and print project reports.

Prerequisite: Experience with Excel and Windows

Microsoft Project 2003 - Project II 

Designed to teach advanced level functions and features of Project 2003. Topic coverage includes baseline and interim plans, analysis of project statistics, project file formatting, custom views, and file consolidation. Student will also learn how to communicate project information.


Prerequisite: Experience with MS Project
