This lively course covers the key skills and tools employees need to be successful in planning and completion of assigned projects. A great course for anyone who wants a broad overview of what Project Management is all about. This course covers scope management, scheduling, budgeting, resources, communications and risk and procurement management techniques and hands-on practical use of tools with a specific project to complete.

Project Management Principles using PMBOK

This program will build a solid foundation and provide participants with a step-by-step guide for managing projects from beginning to a successful conclusion. Students will be exposed to a variety of strategic and real world scenarios. Simulated group projects and exercises are an integral part of the curriculum. Students will receive their own PMBOK and will complete the 35-hour course requirement for the PMI PMP certification application.
