Advanced Classes...

The beginning classes are not required to participate

This course is designed for those professionals who wish to advance their training with the internationally accepted standard in project management based on PMI’s PMBOK® 4th Edition and latest edition.

These courses will build a solid foundation and provide the participant with a documented step by step guideline for managing projects from beginning to successful conclusion.

During the four days, students will be exposed to a wide variety of strategic and real world scenarios that companies use in business today.

Each student registered for these four courses will receive a copy of PMBOK®. In conjunction with the beginning course, this will complete your 35-hour course requirement for the PMI

PMP certification application.


PMI’s five phases of a project: Initiating, Planning, Executing, Controlling, Closing


Day 1 - Best Practices in Initiation and Closing Projects·( with a review of test questions )

Day 2 - Success Planning for Your Project ·( with a review of test questions )

Day 3 - Project Simulation for Success and Executing Phase·( with a review of test questions )

Day 4 - Best Practices - Controlling your Project and Project Manager Professional Responsibility·( with review of test questions )


4 day class providing 6 PDUs each day for a total of 24 PDUs for existing members.


To obtain your certification, PMI requires 35 hours of project management education. These four classes fulfill 24 hours of the 35 hours.
